Step into History
Once abandoned and left to the unforgiving Atlantic storms, this 17th-century drystone cottage has been lovingly restored by our family, stone by stone. Now this characterful retreat welcomes couples, families, and friends seeking to slow down and connect with Ireland's history.

Stories in Stone
For centuries, its walls have borne witness to the generations who called it home, including Canon James Goodman, the renowned Uilleann piper, Irish composer, and collector of traditional music. Named in his honor, the cottage still echoes with the rhythms of history.
Past Meets Present
Step through the yellow door into a cosy sanctuary, where lime-washed stone, and timber beams invite you to connect with its rich past. Yet every modern comfort awaits, from the fully-equipped kitchen to underfloor heating that warms the ancient stones. With space for up to six guests, the cottage's layout balances togetherness and privacy perfectly.

UNWIND IN MODERN COMFORT
At its heart, the open-plan living and dining area is bathed in natural light from a large sliding door overlooking Ventry Bay. Whether you're gathering together for breakfast or unwinding on the sofa after a day of exploring, every detail is designed for relaxation.

An Idyllic Place
Your days here unfold naturally. Enjoy meals together on the private patio as the sun sets behind Mount Eagle, take leisurely strolls through meadows where donkeys and chickens graze, or find quiet moments at the sheltered beach inlet watching the light play across the water. In this coastal sanctuary, time moves with the tides and simple pleasures fill your hours.

On Your Doorstep
Step outside and you’re on one of Ireland’s most celebrated coastal routes. The Wild Atlantic Way awaits, with the renowned Slea Head Drive promising dramatic views like no others. A short drive brings you to the vibrant town of Dingle with its artisan stores, centuries-old pubs, and the sound of traditional music drifting through the streets.
